Practical Guideline for Presenters
Oral presenters:
- • All speakers have to keep 5 min. discussion time in your presentation.
- • D-sub and HDMI are available, but Macintosh and tablet users must prepare appropriate converters.
Poster presenters:
- • The poster should be available in A0 size (W 841 mm x H 1189 mm), portrait orientation.
- • Pins are available at the Multipurpose Hall.
Registration desk open at 15:00-18:00 on October 6(Sun)
followed by a welcome drink and a snack at conference venue.
